EXIT REQUIREMENT FORMS

Degrees are posted at the end of each term, following the completion of degree requirements.

• Please wait 8-10 weeks for diplomas to be mailed.
• Transcripts should be available 2-3 weeks after degrees have been posted.
• Degrees are conferred during June commencement, following completion of degree requirements.
  • The Registrar’s Office will send out information at the beginning of April in regard to June commencement.

Exit and Graduation Forms

• Application for completion of a master’s degree and/or program
  
  • Graduate students must apply for graduation and/or comprehensive exams the term prior to the term of completion of their degree. Email graduateprograms@wou.edu to change terms after you have applied for graduation.
    • This process is required for all students seeking degrees, endorsements, certificates, and/or specializations.
  • All students must complete a Graduate Programs Exit Survey in order to meet the requirement for graduation. Log into this form and complete this requirement. You must be logged into your Wolfweb account to access this form.
• Master’s degree final evaluation report
  • In order to complete a Thesis, Professional Project, or Portfolio, an oral examination is required. The results of the oral examination are reported on this form.

• Thesis Guidelines
  • All graduate students should use this as a guide with the understanding that their advisor will provide final approval for formatting guidelines.
    • Professional Project and Action Research Manuals are currently being created. Please use the Thesis Guidelines as a general formatting guide and work with Committee Chair on final requirements.

Comprehensive Exam Forms

• Comprehensive Examinations Questions (updated each term)
• Comprehensive Exam Clearance Form
  • This form is used for students that have failed one or both parts of their exams. Clearance is required before a re-examination.
• Comprehensive Exam Data Sheet: Orals
  • This form is used for students that have scored unsatisfactory on their exams and have been given the opportunity to take oral boards.
